Blackstock, South Carolina - Rosie E. Foster 75, of 227 Ashford Road Blackstock SC, passed away Thursday May 6, 2021. Graveside service will be held on Friday May 14, 2021 at 11:00am at Mt. Zion Baptist Church Cemetery in Blackstock SC, with Minister Marian Foster delivering the Eulogy. Viewing 2-6pm on Thursday at King's Funeral Home 135 Cemetery St. Chester SC.
