Mrs. Sallie P. "Sweet" Gore 100, of 2761 Pilgrim Road, (Wilksburg Community) Chester, SC, passed away on Saturday January 10, 2026, at her home.
Funeral service will be held on Monday January 19, 2026, at 1:00pm at Mt. Prospect Baptist Church in Chester, SC, Pastor George Sims officiating, Pastor Keith Taylor Eulogist. Burial will follow in the Church Cemetery. She was the widow of the later John Richard Gore Sr. Viewing only at the Church on Monday January 19, 2026, from 12:00noon-1:00pm.
