BRIAN DEXTER INGRAM, 64 entered into rest on October 23, 2025, at WellStar Augusta Main Hospital in Augusta, GA. Mr. Ingram accepted Christ at an early age and joined Shiloh Grove Baptist Church in Rockingham, NC. He attended Richmond County School System in Hamlet, Rockingham, NC. He was a disabled Army Veteran and retired from DDEAMC, Ft. Gordon, GA.
He is preceded in death by his loving parents, Yvonne & Fred Ingram Sr.; his sister, Betty Griggs; and his brother, Fred Ingram, Jr.
Brian’s legacy will be cherished by his wife, Sonya Ingram; children, Brandon (Oprah) Ingram; Sallenna (James) Jordan; grandchildren, Alexis Ingram, James D. Jordan and Cameron Jordan; sisters, Janice (Larry) Quick and Bernadette Ingram; brother, Ricky Ingram; three brothers-in-law; five sisters-in-law; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, uncles, and close friends.
Public viewing will be Wednesday, October 29, 2025, from 2 p.m. to 6 p.m. at Kinsey & Walton Funeral Home, 3618 Peach Orchard Road, Augusta, GA.
The Celebration of Life will be 11 a.m, Thursday, October 30, 2025, at Kinsey & Walton Funeral Home, 3618 Peach Orchard Road, Augusta, GA.

Though he is no longer with us, his memories will live on forever. Death is not an end but a transition to be with the Lord.
