Rest in peace Beautiful. She was a Sweet Person. Praying for The family
I met my sweet Bridget in the early 90s. I was her next door neighbor. Immediately she greeted me and took me in as family. Throughout the years I moved a few times but we still stayed connected. We traveled out of the country all the way to Cabo. My sister said all you need to buy is your flight, the rest is paid for. To say we had "A TIME" is an understatement. More recently, she called with the idea of a Wine Festival. She said the city has never had one, what do you think? I said DO IT! We went to planning. She was a visionary and I was her side kick lol. I looked forward to her plans and ideas of how to elevate the prior years event. I will miss my sister dearly. She was truly a one of one.
I met Bridgett in the early 1990s as my cousin's next door neighbor. She was a ray of light and a burst of energy. She welcomed my cousin to the neighborhood and always had resources and information to share as well as laughter and a smile to add. Over the years we remained friends and I marveled at her drive and tenacity. She pushed and encouraged me to believe in myself and to do things that I didn't even think I could do. One of my most recent memories was her pushing me to display my crafts at her wine festival last October. I'm very introverted but Bridgett pushed and encouraged me to take a chance. She was just that way. She always wanted everyone to succeed. I'm still in disbelief that such a beautiful light could go out. I guess it's not really out, it's shining over us ... down from heaven. Thank you for EVERYTHING... over 30 years of friendship, love and laughter. You'll NEVER be forgotten. Our "Bridgett Mae" Love, Leslie
My Loving Niece, Bridgett, you're going to be missed and the conversing that we shared by phone and social media daily. Love you always, Uncle Bubba .... REST IN PEACE
