So sorry to hear about the passing of Mrs. Wiggins. Mr. and Mrs. Wiggins were our neighbors for a few years and they both welcomed my son and I to the neighborhood witn open arms. Ms. Elaine was very fond of my son Dexter as he was of her. She would always call on him to help with her Christmas lights and any other task that was needed and he didn't hesitate to lend an helping hand even after we moved. Our condolences and prayers goes out to the family. May God bless you'll. Sabrina Jenkins and Family 🙏🏾
