Some news is so powerful it stops you right where you stand and this one truly took me a minute to process. Mrs. Ella, I miss seeing that thousand watt smile already. I remember the first day we met at Consumer Credit, like it was yesterday. You immediately took me under your wings and shared with me all of your vast knowledge, to help me exceed in my position. After I left to pursue new adventures our friendship remained strong and we again reconnected on our breast cancer journey's together. We often encouraged each other and we both vowed to never let it make nor shape our lives. You will be missed tremendously, my friend, and I am forever grateful for the gift of knowing you. You can now take your rest and be at peace, so I won't say goodbye, but see you later. Extending our deepest condolences to your family. *Shelia Jennings & family*

My classmate and all around sweet person Condolences to the family.
Family, remember the great memories we have of this brilliant young lady; those are our inference. Ella gave everyone she came in contact with her best. Her voive spoiled us rotten; the only problem I am having right now is the selfish side of me refuse to totally accept Ella's leaving this soon. The best side of me knows that all of this was in my Lord and Savior Jesus Christ master plan. Thank you Jesus for the time you gave us. Peggy and Melvin Williams

I have known this young lady since my cousin and I started hanging with her nephew, Kenneth since we were kids. We became very good friends since then and one thing was for certain; her personality and heart has never changed. Blessings and love to you Micki.๐๐๐๐

Mama Ella, a.k.a Mikki, rest in peace and keep smiling down on us. You have gained angel wings. I can hear your voice and will always remember our talks, serious and funny ones equally. Your love and kindness to me and my family will always be remembered. You embodied so much strength and resilience during the years. You led by example as a mom, wife and friend. You inspired us in ways that set a foundation to mold and shape to the core. We are here for your family always and may God lift and protect Mr. Larry, Julius and Lauren forever. May your soul rest in peace and memories bring comfort and smiles. ๐๐พ โค๏ธ Adrienne Thompson

I'm a coworker of Ella's from the Department of Revenue in Atlanta. We would get in the phone and have great conversations. Ella's was a sweet and beautiful woman of God. Twelve months ago I saw her at Kinsey and Walton for the viewing of my sister and at that time I learned that they were classmate's from Laney. Rest in Heaven Ella's.
We miss you Mimi. Thank you for all the beautiful memories. We will carry your spirit in our hearts forever.
