To the Family, you have my deepest condolences. I will miss my friend. I miss seeing her at the VA doing my lab work. She was such a kind, loving person. She always had a smile and kind words for everyone. She will be missed. Prayers for you all.
It doesn't seem like reality, my Dearest Ms. Jackie. Your presence and wonderful personality will be missed. Ms. J is the reason I became more active in the labor union at the VA hospital. She still was committed to hardwork, & dedication despite long hours, short-staffing. I wish I could've done more but Ms. Jackie did it all with class & grace. My sincere condolences & prayers for her family, friends, & everyone she touched. Rest Easy Ms. Jackie.

Our sweet Jackie, Words cannot express our overwhelming sadness. Your light was bright, not only did you impact our lives with your kindness, love and compassion, you impacted the lives of so many Veterans in your service to them over the years. Your commitment and compassion was felt by literally thousands of patients, many of them called you Friend as well. You will always be remembered, loved and missed profoundly. We didn't know God was ready to take you home, but I know that he welcomed his child home with open arms. We will miss your beautiful smile every day, but will see you again. Our hearts grieve, but we know you are celebrating with your family in Heaven. Love you always. - Lori S.
