I'm so sorry for the loss of Drew. We had spoken on the phone for over 2 hours 10 days earlier. Happy Fishing in heaven babe. Tracey
He was a brother. A very true and one of a kind friend. He is playing music in heaven with the Angels. Fly high my friend
Many of the most wonderful memories I have of the ten + years Drew and I were together, include summers with the kids (James & Hannah) At the end of summer, and they had returned home, we would sit together in the, now quiet, evenings, and recall our favorite parts of that summer. I would encouraged him to write a song titled, "Summers in Texas". But each time we tried to work out the lyrics, we would get too emotional, to put them all together. I had many beautiful years, with music and children at the center of my life. Thank you, Drew.
My Condolences to my niece, Hannah, and my nephew, James and my sister Clara, and the rest of the Celani Family.
I remember Andy for his love for his adventure For music and loved sharing with others.
I recall a time when he visit my family in Fresno and he Bought a gift for me. It was a beautiful garden pot to water my plants and I always will remember that.
Andy, knowing the gates of heaven have been open to you. I know you will be rejoicing with our Lord and Savior, your mind and body has been restored by our heavenly maker you are free from all that held you down here on earth and now you are beginning a new with our precious creator.
I'm going to miss you Uncle Andy. You taught me how to play my first 3 chords on a guitar when I was 12, I looked forward to you teaching me more. Your love for music is how I found mine. You taught me so many life lessons through the tribulations in your own life. I loved how you talked to me for hours telling me stories of the humility you found while being homeless and all the adventures you went on in your life. Your stories of Japan were my favorite. I found strength in you not letting "the man" get you down when they told you that you would never walk again after breaking your legs and walking right out of that rehabilitation center after they told you that you couldn't. Thank you for being there for me when nobody else really was and giving me the courage, inspiration, and motivation I needed to get through some of the hardest times in my life. I hope you found peace in the afterlife and I will always remember you. Until we meet again dear uncle. I love you.
