John J. Albers, aka dad, pop, Johnny Wheely, died on Sunday, December 3, 2023. He was born on August 10, 1958, in New Orleans, LA to Ralph E. and Mary A. (Cambre) Albers.
John served in the U.S. Navy and was honorable discharged due to an injury. He was a full-time dad and Pops. John was a member of the Moose and VFW in Williamsburg, NM.
Before he was injured, he liked to fish with his brother, Ralph, and enjoyed hunting. John had a green thumb and always grew a big garden. He also loved playing pool.
What made him so special was he never gave up on his kids, he went through many battles with his body, and he taught us to be strong and to keep fighting. He gave all he could give.
