Michael A. Worley, 56, of Williamsburg, NM entered into rest on September 19, 2019 in Truth or Consequences, NM after a long battle with diabetes.
Michael was born in Smithville, MO to Paul and Lenora Worley. He attended school in El Paso, TX. After graduation, Michael moved to Midland, TX where he worked as a welder for many years. In 1984 & 1985, Michael was blessed with two children: Jeremy and Melanie Worley. In 1990, Michael married the love of his life, Dawn Mysti Foster. They moved to Austin, TX and worked as dispatchers for many years. Michael loved to hunt and be outdoors. He enjoyed the company of his family and couldn’t get enough of his great nieces and nephews.
He is survived by his son- Jeremy Worley; daughter- Melanie Gonzales; step-son- James; step-daughter- Kristen; mother- Lenora; siblings- Paula (Kevin) West, Michelle (Tudy) Romero; nephews- Tudy Romero III and Alejandro “Alex” Romero; nieces- Marlana Berry and Tanya (Si) Ragsdale; grandson- Tyson; great nephews- Tyler and Lucas; and great nieces- Mya and Shaelynn.
Michael is preceded in death by his father, Paul Worley; and his wife, Dawn Mysti Worley.
The family would like to thank all who have reached out with love and support. Cremation has taken place and a private family Graveside Service will be held at a later date.
I enjoyed getting to work with Mike at Foxworth. He always made me laugh or smile. You will be missed.
