Obituary For Patsy Ruth Cryer
Patsy Ruth Cryer, 92, passed away on Sunday, August 24, 2025 at the New Mexico State Veteran’s Home. Patsy was born in Hollywood, CA, but raised in Cutter, NM.
Patsy was a beloved mother, grandmother, sister, and friend. She will be dearly missed and forever remembered by all who knew her.
Pat is survived by her children- Cindy Torres (Cris Armijo), Larry Mitchell, and Denise Barrera (Bobby Middleton) and son-in-law, Samuel Barrera; Grandsons- Victor Torres and Lucas Barrera (Monette); great grandkids- Gavin, Hayden, Tristan, Ian, Zoe, and Zane. She was preceded in death by her late husbands, Ben Cryer; her parents- Eugene R. and Mildred V. (McCauley) Walsh; and her sisters- Michelle Holden, and Maureen “Mo” Kathleen Tooley.
A joint Celebration of Life Service – celebrating Patsy and Sister, Maureen- will be held on Saturday, September 13, 2025 at 10:00 A.M. at the Caballo Church.
