Obituary For Robert D. Oberlin

Robert D. Oberlin, 55, died on Tuesday, February 28, 2023. He was born on November 13, 1967, in Marshall, MI to Maynord and Patricia (Babcock) Oberlin. He worked for an auto parts factory and his hobbies were fishing, Nascar, and hockey. Robert moved to T. or C. with his parents in 2005. He could not drive so he rode his electric wheel chair to go to town. We would like to extend our gratitude to all the caregivers from Sierra Hospice that were so good to him and became his friends. Survivors include his mother, Patricia Crawford; siblings – Scott Oberlin (Sherilyn), and Robbie; stepbrothers – Gordon and Wayne Oberlin; stepsiblings – James and Tammy, Bard, Tammy, Brett and Tracie Crawford, and Debbie and John Alencio. He was preceded in death by his father Maynard Oberlin; and stepdad, James Crawford. A graveside service will be held on Sunday, March 12, 2023, at 3:00 P.M. at Vista Memory Gardens Cemetery with Chaplain William Farmer officiating.
