OBITUARY

James was born in Jackson, MS to the David Jefferson Sr. and Nekeasher Quinn. He was the baby of his eight siblings.

James attended S.V. Marshall Middle School where he had dreams of becoming a Big Truck Driver.

On May 23, 2019 the Lord called "Duke" home to rest in his heavenly gates. He is proceeded in death by his father David L. Jefferson Sr., uncle, Main Waters, aunt, Mary Walden and nephew Anthony Thomas Jr.

He will forever be cherished and loved by this mother: Nekeasher Quinn; Grandmothers: Gracie Quinn and Allien Delaney of Lexington, MS; three brothers David Jefferson Jr. of Grand Rapids, MI, Willie (Nett) Jefferson and Mario(Kita)Jefferson both of Lexington, MS; four sisters: Shanikka and Sheronda Quinn of Pickens, MS, Olivia Jefferson and LaTarsha(Alfredo Sr) Randle both of Lexington, six aunts; Sirena Quinn, Priscilla Quinn, Tangela Quinn, Lisa Quinn, Sweatne Sly and Debra Walters all of Lexington, MS four unlces; Nathaniel Waters of Texas, Bobby(Pam) Waters, Luke(Linda)Jefferson , J.T.(Minnie)Waters Sr. all of Lexington, MS; Nephew TraDerius Quinn, two nieces; D'Niya Smith, J'Rah Smith and a host of other nieces, nephews, cousins, family and friends
