OBITUARY:

Leon Epps was born August 19, 1962 to Mr. Mitchell and the late Lenora Epps of Pickens, MS.

Leon entered into the rest on Friday, August 6, 2021 at UMMC in Lexington, MS.

Leon received his education in New Orleans, LA; at a Catholic school and followed his education later at Lexington Attendance Center.

Leon joined New Beth Missionary Baptist Church, under the leadership of Rev. Williams in New Orleans; and later he moved his membership to Zion City Church; now under the leadership of Rev. Spulock.

Leon leaves to cherish his memories; two daughters; Kimberly Quentin-Miller, and My'lann Epps; son; Teshawn and India William(Columbus, GA);his loving parents; Mitchell and the late Lenora Epps; his longtime companion; Mary Dean Wilson; three brothers; John Epps(Jackson, MS);Leroy and Pamela Epps (Byram); and Michael and Carolyn Epps(Belton, TX);two sisters; Maxine and Alvin Evans(Jackson, MS);and Betty and Leslie Jordan(Memphis, TN); seven grandchildren; two aunts; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
