Steve Bush was born March 9, 1923 in Vaiden, MS to the late Annie Mae Holmes and William Bush, who preceded him in death.

Steve attended school in a church during the 1940s and early 1950s here in Vaiden, MS. Steve confessed his faith at an early age in Vaiden, MS.

Steve loved cars and snap on hunting. He spent a lot of time with family and friends. On September 21. His journey ended on earth. He went home to the Lord.

Steve is preceded in death by his parents; Annie Mae Holmes and William Bush; daughter: Vera Lewis Bush(Vaiden, MS); five brothers: Herman Bush, Willie Bush, Sylvester Montgomery, Hercules Bush and Odessa Montgomery; four sisters: Kissie Bush, Katherine Bush, Dorothy Bush-Jones and Elma Bush Washington.

He leaves to cherish his life: Pamela Washington; three boys: Eugene Bush(Chicago, IL), Jarvis Washington(Tchula, MS) and Travis Washington(Tchula, MS); A Special Friend: Sammie Lee Williams and a host of nieces, nephews and grandchildren.
