Visitation: Monday, January 7, 2018, 1-6pm
My condolences to the Walker family during this time of bereavement. The Bible teaches that" there is going to be a resurrection of the righteous and the unrighteous."-Acts 24:15.
Death of a loved one always brings great sadness. That's understandable because we want those we love to live and be with family. What can help families in times like these ? The bible can be a source of comfort in times of sadness. One must read with a view of understanding what the bible teaches. Especially regarding death. Death was not a part of Jehovah purpose in the beginning. He wanted mankind to live and be with family forever.[Gen:1 26-28 & John 3:16] Why then do good people die ? The bible answers that question [Romans 5:12] However death will not be around forever. [ Revelation 21:4]. What hope is there for those who have died already like Alfonzo? Please read John chapter eleven it tells of an account where Jesus Christ showed that his father had given him power to returned life to the man there who had died .He can do the same for Mr. Walker. At John 5:28 -29 the bible teaches that in the future Jesus Christ will bring back those who have died, reuniting then with friends and family right here on Earth. [Matthew 5:5 psalms 37:9-11 & 29] What a wonderful time that will be. To the family please allow what the Bible teaches to comfort and encouragement you during these very challenging times
We are sorry for your loss. Please accept our condolences. While words fail to capture the pain of losing a loved one, we look forward to the time when words will fail to capture the joy of having our heavenly Father return your dear one to you.(John 5:28)
Al was a childhood classmate at Muscogee Elementary. It's so difficult to wrap my mind around the idea that he has passed on.
My sincere condolences to his family and friends who knew him much better than I. May the Lord provide comfort and strength to all.
