Man Man, RIP you always called me uncle and my wife aunt, it was truly a joy to know such a nice and very talented blessed young man, you will be missed very much. Condolences to our adopted family. love you all, Frank & Nita Moffett
CJ was truly one of a kind. I will never forget the sound of his voice. There are so many memories we shared together. What I appreciate most was your walk with God. How your struggles made others feel comfortable enough to let you love on them. I watched you minister to all kinds of marginalized people who may have been on the fringes of our unjust society. But that never mattered to you. Your presence was a present to all of us who were blessed to know you. You made me and the staff laugh when you were in the hospital experiencing some of your lowest lows. I can't think of an emotion you didn't express to its fullest. My little brother you will always be in my heart and I look forward to the big 2 hour hug imma give you one day when I see you again. I hope you how much I loved you. From the moment I saw you till now I'm so fortunate to have known you. Thank you. Anything that I can do to help Lakecia and Ma it's already done in Jesus' name.
C.J , man-man, or Eyes is what I called him was my ride or die. If I ever needed anything or had a problem,I knew I could call on him. We met in 2014 as neighbors and instantly clicked. I would be at his house almost everyday chilling, laughing and acting a fool. He helped me through some very dark times in life and stuck with me as a friend through the good, bad and the ugly. He always told me at the end of the day it didn't matter what anyone thought or said about you, your journey is your journey nobody else's opinion mattered. I'm so glad he got the chance to see me really shine and that he was proud of me to hear those words meant so much knowing they were from a "Real Friend." I wish I could turn back time and have my friend back but that's impossible so I'll always hold on to what we had and never ever forget my homie. Eyes I love you so much with all of my heart and save a house next to you in heaven for me so we can be neighbors again.
Our staff will continue to keep your family in our prayers. We thank you for allowing us to serve your family.
