It was with deepest sorrow that Lavender’s Funeral Service announced the passing of MR. DAVID GLENN “PIG” HINTON SR., 54 of Aliceville, Alabama, on Sunday, August 29, 2021 at DCH Regional Medical Center in Tuscaloosa, Alabama.

PUBLIC VISITATION for Mr. David Glenn Hinton, Sr., was Saturday, September 4, 2021 from 4:00 p.m. until 6:00 p.m. at Lavender's Funeral Service.
THE HOME GOING CELEBRATION, & HONORING THE LIFE & LEGACY of Mr. David Glenn Hinton, Sr., of Aliceville, Alabama was Sunday, September 5, 2021, 12:00 Noon at Aliceville City Hall, 419 Memorial Parkway in Aliceville, AL. The body of Mr. Hinton was in state one hour prior to the service.
INTERNMENT was in Pleasant Valley Cemetery in West Greene, AL. Rev. John Samuel, Jr., Pastor of Emory Chapel C.M.E. Church in Aliceville,AL was The Eulogist.
FOR THE HEALTH & SAFETY OF EVERYONE MASK WEARING WAS REQUIRED & SOCIAL DISTANCING WAS OBSERVED.
