PUBLIC VISITATION for Mr. James Otis Merriweather was Friday, May 13, 2022 from 4:00 p.m. until 6:00 p.m. at Lavender's Funeral Service.
HOME GOING CELEBRATION HONORING THE LIFE & LEGACY of Mr. James Otis Merriweather of Wickliffe, Ohio was Saturday, May 14, 2022, 11:00 a.m. at Mt. Olive Baptist Church, 777 Mt. Olive Church Road in Ethelsville, Alabama. The body of Mr. Merriweather was in state in the church one hour prior to the service. MASKS WERE REQUIRED TO ENTER THE CHURCH.
INTERMENT was in Mt. Olive Baptist Church Cemetery, also in Ethelsville. Reverend Henry Lee Pope is The Pastor of Mt. Olive Baptist Church. Apostle Tommy Prude, Pastor of Agape Love Fellowship Church was The Eulogist.
