It was with deepest sorrow that Lavender's Funeral Service announced the passing of MR. JAMES “REGGIE” B. BROWN JR., 56 of Ethelsville, Alabama on Friday, November 1, 2024 at Baptist Memorial Hospital in Columbus, MS.

The PUBLIC VISITATION for Mr. Brown was Friday, November 8, 2024 from 3:00 p.m. until 6:00 p.m. at Lavender's Funeral Service.
THE HOME GOING CELEBRATION HONORING THE LIFE & LEGACY of Mr. James B. Brown, Jr. of Ethelsville, Alabama was Saturday, November 9, 2024, 11:00 A.M. at Elbethel M.B. Church, 6704 CR 75, in Ethelsville, AL. The body of Mr. Brown was in state at the church one hour prior to the service.
INTERMENT was in Mt. Olive Cemetery, 777 Mt. Olive Church Road, in Ethelsville, AL. Reverend Antonio Henry is The Pastor of Elbethel Missionary Baptist Church. Reverend Henry Lee Pope, Pastor of Mt. Olive Baptist Church in Ethelsville, Alabama was The Eulogist.

PRAYING FOR THE BROWN FAMILY
I am deeply saddened to hear of Reggie's passing. I pray for his family, my first cousin, Della Mae, other family members, and friends as they mourn the loss of someone who was loved by all. Soon and very soon we shall all see the King! Love and prayers always!
James was super nice and helpful. He was a stand up guy. He will be missed by many. My prayers are with the Brown family.
