It is with deepest and heartfelt sorrow that Lavender's Funeral Service announces the passing of MR. JOHN “JOHN JUNIOR” WILKINS, JR., 93 of Aliceville, Alabama on Monday, May 11, 2026.

PUBLIC VISITATION for Mr. John Wilkins will be Friday, May 22, 2026 from 3:00 p.m. until 6:00 p.m. at Lavender's Funeral Service.
THE HOME GOING CELEBRATION HONORING THE LIFE & LEGACY of Mr. John Wilkins, Jr., of Aliceville, Alabama will be Saturday, May 23, 2026, 11:00 a.m. at St. John Baptist Church, 16421 Highway 14 in Pickensville, Alabama. The body of Mr. John Wilkins, Jr., will lie in state in the church one hour prior to the service.
INTERMENT will immediately follow the funeral service in Magnolia Memorial Cemetery, 9654 Highway 14 S, also in Aliceville. Reverend Henry Lee Williams, Jr. Is The Pastor of St. John Baptist Church. Reverend Eddie James Wilkins, Pastor of St. Andrews MBC in Chicago, IL and brother of Mr. John Wilkins, Jr., will be The Eulogist.
