I am so sorry to hear about the loss of Ms. Edwards; may the family find comfort in the words found at Revelation 21:4; it reads: "And he will wipe out every tear from their eyes, and death will be no more, neither will mourning nor outcry nor pain be anymore; the former things have passed away". This scripture shows that death will one day soon no longer plague mankind; but what does this mean for our loved ones who have already died? I was one of the first to Honor the life of Mrs. Effie Olivia "Henrietta" Edwards in her passing - on my birthday this year. Her beautiful granddaughter Kathy shared a day in the Lord with me in prayer, in song, receiving the word of God and fellowship in breaking bread. Your legacy lives on in your generation here in Michigan! Thank you for such a wonderful family you've blessed us with. Donna Osebor
When we celebrate the life of a loved one, we're looking back at the life they lived. It's also appropriate to look forward and give thanks that they are freed from the pains and worries of this world, living fully in the presence of God. And we also anticipate the privilege it will be to meet them again. Mrs. Olivia lived a long life surrounded by lots of love. What a joy and a privilege it was to see her again at Matthew's birthday celebration. Momma Judy, job well done and thank you for setting such a good example for us to follow. To Renay and the Edwards family, continue to look up because God knows all about it and he will never fail you. With Sincere love and prayers. Theresa Celestine
Our thoughts are with the Edwards family as they mourn the loss of their matriarch but thankfully are able to remember the rich life that she lived and brought to all that she touched.
Praying for the Edwards family...Dexter Hardy
We were deeply sadden to hear of the passing of Miss Olivia. She was a beautiful woman of God whose face had been kissed by angels, and whose life had been enormously blessed by Father God. May her family and friends rejoice in knowing she finished her course, and she is now present with the Lord and those loved ones gone on before her. Soldier of God well done.✝️📖🙏🏽 -Brenda

I loss my grandmother in 1974. And she looked so much like my grandmother and they even had the same name 'Olivia". We moved here with no family close by. She and her family accepted us as family. We loved her so much. She will be forever missed!! Johnnie and Alice Redding and Family.
Our staff will continue to keep your family in our prayers. We thank you for allowing us to serve your family.
