PUBLIC VISITATION for Mrs. NAOMI WASHINGTON was Friday, August 22, 2025 from 3:00 p.m. until 6:00 p.m. at Lavender's Funeral Service.
THE HOMEGOING CELEBRATION HONORING THE LIFE & LEGACY of Mrs. Naomi Washington of McMullen, Alabama was Saturday, August 23, 2025, 11:00 a.m. at Aliceville City Hall, 419 Memorial Parkway in Aliceville, Alabama. The body of Mrs. Washington was in state in the church one hour prior to the service.
INTERMENT immediately followed the service in Old Bethany Cemetery, in Aliceville, AL. Reverend Terrence E. Windham, Pastor of Northside Missionary Baptist Church in Columbus, MS was The Eulogist.

Add A CondolenceTo my family: It never seems like you've found the right thing to say after losing a love one. I share found memories of visits I made with my cousin. I don't question, Our Lord and Savior, just rest in peace.
I've always enjoyed working with and visiting with Mrs. Naomi, and my wife enjoyed riding by and looking at her beautiful flowers. We'll surely miss her. It is our prayer that the Lord will give the family peace and comfort, and bless them with lots of fond memories of happy days gone by. I sure have plenty!
