It is with deepest and heartfelt sorrow that Lavender's Funeral Service announces the passing of MS. ELEANOR “MUDEAR” DAVIS, 95 of Carrollton, Alabama on Saturday, May 23, 2026 at DCH Regional Medical Center in Tuscaloosa, AL.

THE HOME GOING CELEBRATION HONORING THE LIFE & LEGACY of Ms. Eleanor Davis, of Carrollton, AL will be Saturday, June 6, 2026, 1:00 p.m. at Infant Baptist Church, in Carrollton, Alabama. The body of Ms. Eleanor Davis, will lie in state in the church one hour prior to the service.
INTERMENT will immediately follow the funeral service in Community Cemetery, also in Carrollton, AL. Reverend Bernard Henry, Pastor of Infant M.B. Church will be The Eulogist.

My heart is heavy hearing of the passing of sweet Ms. Edna. She was truly like a second grandmother to me. So many people would get her and my grandmother mixed up because they looked so much alike. I will always cherish the love, warmth, and memories she gave me. Rest peacefully, Ms. Edna. 💔
