PUBLIC VISITATION for Ms. Sirlinda DeGraffenried was Thusday, March 3, 2022 from 3:00 p.m. until 5:00 p.m. at Lavender's Funeral Service.
THE HOME GOING CELEBRATION HONORING THE LIFE & LEGACY OF Ms. Sirlinda DeGraffenried of Stamford, Connecticut was Friday, March 4, 2022, 11:00 a.m.in The James & Lola Lavender Memorial Chapel of Lavender's Funeral Service, 11233 Highway 17 South, Aliceville, Alabama. The body of Ms. DeGraffenried was in state in the Chapel one hour prior to the service.
INTERMENT followed the services in New Cemetery, 196 Valleyview Road, also in Aliceville, Alabama. Reverend Regina Peoples, Pastor of The Belivers Church of Jesus Christ in Northport, Alabama and sister of Ms. DeGraffenried was The Eulogist.
FOR THE HEALTH & SAFETY OF EVERYONE MASKS WERE REQUIRED. SOCIAL DISTANCING WAS OBSERVED & SEATING WAS LIMITED.
Individuals who were immune compromised, elderly, or ill were encouraged to remain at home.
