Charmaine Jackson

Charmaine was quite an incredible person. I had the good fortune to be her manager for about three years, and her friend ever since. She was amazingly effective and focused as a manager, and led her team with insight and aplomb. As a person, she was even more. I remember when she was pregnant with Bailee and going through the worry, excitement, and wonder of the process. We had many talks about parenting, and Shelley (my wife) and I were super excited when Bailee came to the world. We were able to relive our own joy at having children through Charmaine's eyes. She was a devoted mother, and of course a great force in the lives of her family and everyone that knew her. I'm devastated by her loss, and I can only imagine what the family is experiencing. My heart goes out to you all, especially Bailee. I will always treasure my friendship with Charmaine. She will be in my heart forever.
