I worked with Joe at HHS and he became a dear friend. He was fantastic at his job of office administrator for a government legal office. And he was a true friend. He gave me excellent advice on career choices, relationships, and finances. He and I made a point of celebrating birthdays together for over 30 years. I miss him.
