Micheal Jovan Parish was born February 4, 1983, to his mother, Michelle McCutchen, and father, Jimmy Brown, Sr., who preceded him in death. Micheal received his elementary education in the Chicago Public School System.
Growing up in Chicago, Micheal always found himself in trouble. Although the path of trouble tried to lead him to destruction, all hope was not lost for him. Micheal found great faith in the Nation of Islam and did his best to acknowledge and be led by Allah.
Micheal was exceptional in his educational successes. He earned several vocational certifications in culinary arts, business, and accounting, to name a few. Micheal received his Associate of Arts in Law, in which he was Cum Laude. His mind was always expanding on the new things he could learn, and if he had an idea about anything, he educated himself along the way.
Michael absolutely loved his family. He was a protector, provider, and comforter in so many ways. He was a true and real-life superhero. Michael enjoyed joking around, playing cards, watching movies, and playing basketball. He also enjoyed being his own boss. He was determined to make his own way as best as he could.
To tell you the truth, Michael faced many challenges. He often felt like life dealt him the wrong hand, but he survived it all. His family would agree that Micheal was at his best and happiest ever. He possessed such a drive for greatness.
We will miss all of this and know that he loved you all.
Micheal leaves to cherish his mother, Michelle McCutchen, stepfather, Jacobe McCutchen, Sr. (Regina), two sisters, Jasmine McCutchen and Jamise Parish, seven brothers, Jamell Parish, Jamaine Parish, Malik Parish, Jacobe McCutchen, Jr. (Brittany), Jimmy Brown, Jr., Jonathon Brown (Willa), and Alphonso Brown (Brittani), 24 nieces and nephews, nine aunts, Chanelle Parish, Juanita Bell, Linda Moore, Vanessa Williamson, Charlotte Brown, Dorothy Hill, Geraldine Brown (Robert), Mary Martin (Allen), and Elizabeth Brown Montgomery (Chester), four uncles, Anthony Parish, Samuel Bell, Burnett Brown (Kirsten), Charles Brown, Jr. (Carla) and a host of cousins, friends, great aunts, and uncles.
