Otis was a man who loved to laugh and enjoy life. We will reflect upon the trips we took with him and Connie like trips to Las Vegas and Punta Cana, where we created some great memories. His patience and dedication to his family is something all men should strive for. We can't believe he is gone, he will be GREATLY missed. Mike and Diane Flowers.

Dearest Sister Connie and Family,
Our hearts are heavy in hearing about the loss of your husband, lifetime partner and friend, Otis Jack. Remember, although he isn't present with us in body, he will always remain with us in spirit. Otis left us with a lot of happy memories. A loving husband, hard worker and true Christian.
We realize the upcoming months, days and years are going to be difficult, but I can assure you we (family) will always be here for you no matter what.
Continue to hold on to God's unchanging hands, continue to believe and never give.
Sister and Brother-in-Law, Ronald and Dolores Puplava Belvidere, Il
Dear Aunt Connie,Karla,Jonathan & Phil. Our deepest heartfelt blessings go out to each of you during this time of loss. The mark that Otis left on the world will never be forgotten and we will all miss his joyful presence. No words are adequate to comfort your aching wounds. Take a few days, weeks, perhaps to grieve, but don't stay there too long. Grief cleanses the anguish from our souls and set's us back on the path of life so we can dance. Just know that GOD will ALWAYS be there to guide you even the toughest of times. Never lose FAITH. Hold on to HOPE. TRUST in GOD ALWAYS!
