To the Chapman Family,

I am tremendously sorry for your loss. Tim and I worked together for 6 years in Homewood and we sat right next to one another for the majority of it. Tim would frequently have positive things to say about his children, significant other, and family; while always maintaining the ability to see the bright side. I will dearly miss my conversations with Tim that stretched from sports, to food, to relationships, to work, to health, to most importantly what it meant to be a good person.

Tim always welcomed me and helped lend his experience in each aspect he thought would be a benefit to everyone. Seeing Tim's Jeep roll up meant we were going to have a good day or at least one that contained an iconic laugh and bright smile. I can speak for many that worked with Tim, he will be incredibly missed, but never forgotten.

Our thoughts and prayers are with your entire family. May God provide your peace and comfort during this difficult time.
