My sincere condolences to Carl's son Michael & his wife Marsha & the Canton family. I'm thankful & grateful to the Almighty for bringing Carl & I together as friends & companions for 12 years. Carl referred to me as his lady & I referred to him as my gentleman. We enjoyed spending time together preparing meals, dining out, going to the movies & attending special events such as the Jazz & Wine Festivals. Carl enjoyed watching Western movies, especially the old ones such as Roy Rogers, Gene Autry & Hop a long Cassidy. And I enjoyed watching them with him. He took pride in his dress attire & liked shopping at Joseph A Banks & Brooks Brothers. He was definitely a sharp dresser. I will truly miss him & will always hold a place in my heart for him. May the Almighty bless him with eternal peace & rest. Lovingly, Your Lady Faridah
My. Carl was a beautiful addition to our family. He loved to talk about his time in the Navy, his high school friends that he was in close contact, and his family. We have great memories to cherish, and he will always be remembered. We love you, Mr. Carl!
