Chanda Nicole Royal, 54, of Steelton, transitioned into eternal life on Friday, January 29, 2021 at UPMC Pinnacle Harrisburg Hospital. She was born in Harrisburg, the daughter of the late Walter Stevens, Jr. and Beatrice K. Luckey Stevens, a 1985 graduate of Susquehanna Township High School, and an employee of the PA Dept. of Transportation. Chanda's legacy will be cherished by her loving husband, Howard Royal; her sons, Corre Luckey and Howard J. Royal; her daughter, Lakeah Royal; her granddaughter, Lilith Nicole Jackson, her brother and sisters and a host of other relatives. Her life will be celebrated in the Chapel of Major H. Winfield Funeral Home, Steelton on Tuesday, February 9th at 11:00 a.m. with viewing from 10 until 11 a.m. COVID-19 Guidelines will be observed with face masks and six feet social distancing for all attendees.
