Charles E. Croft, Sr., 96, of Harrisburg, peacefully transitioned into eternal life on Thursday, October 31, 2024 at Oak Hill Village in Middletown, PA.
In addition to his parents, He was preceded in death by his wife, Mary; his grandson, Charles E. Croft III and leaves to celebrate his life, his son and daughter-in-law, Charles E. Croft, Jr. and Ann Michael; his daughter and son-in-law, Danita (Croft) Carter and Stanford Carter of Harrisburg; his four grandchildren, Stephen and Christopher Croft, Stanford and Nicholas Carter; his 12 great grands and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
His life will be celebrated on Wednesday, November 6 at 10:30 a.m. in the Chapel of the Major H. Winfield Funeral Home, Steelton, with viewing 9:30 until 10:30 a.m. and burial in Indiantown Gap National Cemetery.

To the Croft family I'm so sorry about ur father he was a wonderful man. When I met him at oakhills nursing home I gave my heart out by taking care of him. A lot of his aides will miss him. His name to us at oakhills was pops. Now he's in no pain anymore he is resting in heaven now. Love u pops Juanita S
