Charles Randolph “Randy” Buckner, 56, of Harrisburg, PA died on Sunday, January 12, 2025. He was born in Harrisburg, PA son of Charles Colston (Kay) and the late Mirl Pritchett-Buckner.
He was a 1986 graduate of Middletown Area High School. Randy was a U.S. Army and Reserves veteran and served in Desert Storm. He loved doing “handyman” work and he always liked to make people laugh.
Randy is survived by is his son, Trey Buckner (Nicole); his brother, James Buckner; his sister, Carla Denson (Daryl); his brother-in-law, Steven House; 1 granddaughter; 1 grandson and 1 grandson due in March; numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
His life will be celebrated on Thursday, January 23, 2025 with a viewing and visitation from 12:00 p.m. until 2:00 p.m. in the Chapel of the Major H. Winfield Funeral Home, Steelton PA.

I have wonderful memories with Shotty and his beautiful wife Kimberley Sue . I was just with them two weeks before hearing of this awful news. Kimberley Sue named him Shotty when they ment in 2011 when I introduced them and they instantly became connected at the hip then married which I had the pleasure of attending .
