Gina Renee Arrington, the daughter of the late Charlotte (Robinson) Arrington and the late Norman Arrington, was born in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania.
She received her formal education in the Harrisburg Public School System and was a graduate of Harrisburg High School. Throughout her life she worked various jobs. She was very handy with her hands. Gina could either bring a smile or a frown to your face.
Gina enjoyed listening to music. She loved a variety of music including gospel and R&B. Her favorite singer was none other than the Boss, Diana Ross “I’m coming out”!! She enjoyed collecting socks from various places, anytime anyone went away. She truly enjoyed scrabble, let her tell it she was the queen/king of scrabble.
She had a deep love for her family. She really loved to spend time with her loved ones and her greatest love was her 1st grandson, “Biggie”. Biggie was her world.
Gina truly enjoyed the holidays because that meant that she got to spend time with her brother, Norman, who she deeply loved. Oh the memories and the laughs that we all will share with Gina aka Uncle Jimmy. Gina also loved spending time with her 2nd family, “The prayer line”. She enjoyed having prayer with her cousin, “Puddin” and Brandi. No matter how much fun she was having she made it to prayer everyday. She especially enjoyed spending time with her niece, D’Andra. She was Gina’s own personal Uber driver.
On Thursday, November 10, 2022 God called our beloved Gina Renee Arrington home to be with the Lord.
