My heart is truly broken. Since our days in high school, we had so many fun times. Howie was one of the coolest, most genuine people you would ever know. I'm keeping his family in my thoughts and prayers.
Family, my heart hurts bad, Howie was the nephew who ALWAYS came through for everyone, I remember him when he was little dancing, I love you nephew and will be missing you, but hey you're in a better place right now I love you 💖

We used to call him Lil Harold. Betty and Harold you have my deepest and heart felt sympathy. I love you guys.
We are deeply saddened by the loss of Howie, a cherished friend whose presence, love, and laughter meant so much to our family over the years. He was more than a close friend to my husband Malik~ he was a true brother in every sense of the word (a real one for sure). You are truly missed and will live within our hearts forever. Continued prayers to brother Jermaine and the rest of the family. Love your brother forever, Malik Tumer & family.
