KenYatta D. Henry, Jr. born to NySheba McGraw Burchell and KenYatta D. Henry, Sr. in Harrisburg, PA.
He attended Steelton Highspire School District where he played football. He was the eldest of his siblings whom he loved dearly, he nurtured them as if he birthed them himself. βYattaβ as he was affectionally known would cook, clean, do his sisters hair or anything to take a load off his hardworking mother.
Yatta was formerly employed by C&S Wholesale of York, PA. He was an avid Philadelphia Eagles fan.
He was preceded in death by his maternal grandmother, Emily Jeannie McCraw; his paternal grandmother, Elizabeth Ross and his paternal grandfather, Anthony Foster.
In addition to his parents, he is survived by his nanny, Linda Henry; his grandfather, Jeffrey Ross; his stepfather, Jamal Burchell, Sr.; his sisters, Senior Airman NaiYatta Henry, Jassiah Burchell, Serenity Burchell, Indeara Henry and Roberta Henry, all of Harrisburg; his brothers, NaKeem McGraw and Jamal Burchell, Jr., both of Harrisburg; his stepsisters, Jamyah, Jamariana, Jahbre Burchell, all of Harrisburg; his stepbrothers, Tykeer and Cincer Burchell of Harrisburg; his aunts, DaVena McCraw of Harrisburg, Serita Jordan of North Carolina, Tasha Houston of Harrisburg and Yvonda Ross of New Jersey; his uncles, Brett McCraw of Harrisburg and Johnny McLamb of North Carolina; his nephew, Demetrius Aquino of Harrisburg; a special friend, Coral and her children, Jariel, Kehlani and Niklaus of York, PA; a host of aunts, uncles, cousins and many friends.

Yatta's life will be celebrated at 12 Noon on Thursday, October 16, 2025 in the Chapel of the Major H. Winfield Funeral Home, Steelton with visitation and viewing from 10:00 a.m. until 12 Noon.
