KEVIN DUJUAN WARREN, JR., transitioned from earthly life into eternal life on Friday January 14, 2022 in Hagerstown, Maryland. He was born in Harrisburg, the son of Keyla J. Evans and Kevin D. Warren, Sr. He received his early formal education in the city of Harrisburg School District and graduated from South Hagerstown High School in Hagerstown, Maryland. Having a desire to further his education, presently, he was in Technical School training in HVAC. Kevin had many hobbies and he enjoyed a variety of sports, but ultimately and undeniably, he was an avid Baltimore Ravens fan. He was known for his positivity, his impeccable aura and his infectious laughter. Kevin gave his best and his very last. He saw the good in everyone he came in contact with. He embraced and encouraged those who were less fortunate and he saw to it that no one was left out or left behind. Kevin was loved by everyone who knew him. He had his own style of dressing. He was resilent and determined to succeed in all that he put his mind to do. Kevin, affectionately known as "Big Mack" or "Little Kev", signed up and played every sport the City of Harrisburg Parks and Recreation Bureau offered. In high school, he played fullback and defensive tackle for the Hagerstown Rebels football team and wore number 54 to honor his grandfather, the late Reverend Darryl O. Daniels, Sr. He was preceded in death by his maternal grandfather, Reverend Darryl O. Daniels, Sr., his paternal grandmother, Ellen Ceaser; his paternal grandfather, Reverend Johnny White, Sr. and his grandfather of the heart, Jerry J. Cofield. He leaves to celebrate his life, his parents: his mother, Keyla J. Evans; his father, Kevin D. Warren, Sr. and his mother of the heart, Jamie; his maternal grandmother, Valerie Evans; his brothers, Kevon and Sincere Warren of Martinsburg, Virginia; his brothers of the heart, TyQuan and JayShawn (Jazlyn) of Hagerstown, Maryland; his sister, Aunyae C. Cunningham of Harrisburg, Pennsylvania; his godmothers, Thomasina Eaton and Monica McMillan; his best friend, Tylik McMillan and a host of aunts, uncles, cousins, other relatives and friends. Kevin’s life will be celebrated on Friday, January 28 at 12 Noon in the chapel of Major H. Winfield Funeral home, 704 N. Front Street, Steelton, PA 17113. The Viewing and Visitation will be from 11:00 AM until 12 Noon. Live Streaming of the service will be available on Major H. Winfield Funeral Home’s YouTube page. COVID-19 Guidelines will be observed with face masks for all attendees.

Keya I am so sorry for the lost of your son Kevin. I have been and will continue to pray for your strength and also for God to wrap his arms around you. I know the loss of a child because I experienced it with my first born Infant son Carlos he was 3 weeks old when he passed but I still feel the pain 40 + years later. I love you and God is going to get you thru this. If you need me Keya I am only a phone call away because I consider us to be Family.
With Love Gail Hardy
