MARK CHRISTOPHER BROWER, the son of the late Joseph Brower and the late Elector “Missy” Coffee-Brower, was born on Tuesday, December 22, 1953 in Chester, Pennsylvania. “CHRIS”, as he was affectionately known by family and friends, truly got what life was about. Chris learned early in his life that true wealth was family, friendship, love and laughter. He was a loving husband, great father and even better grandfather. He enjoyed spending time with family and going fishing. He could bring humor into any situation and he was a strong man that faced everything head on with love and support of his family. The heavenly gates opened on Tuesday, July 7, 2020 to welcome our beloved, Husband, Father, brother, uncle, cousin and friend, Mark Christopher Brower, at the age of 66 years, 6 months and 15 days as he transitioned into eternal life in the peace and love of his home in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania. In addition to his parents, Chris was reunited with his brother, John Ivan Woodyard and his granddaughter, Shaymere Hall who transitioned into eternal life before him. He leaves to treasure a legacy of precious memories; his wife, Deborah Brower; his daughters, Lynette Stevenson, Katrina Brower and Michelle Hall (Lamar); his son, Dwayne Stevenson (Evangelette); his seven grandchildren; his one great-grandchild, all of Harrisburg, Pennsylvania; his brother, Etzel Brower (Regina) of Swedsboro, New Jersey and a host of other relatives and friends. Mark Christopher’s life was celebrated on Friday, July 17, 2020 at 11:00 a.m. with a viewing at 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. in the Chapel of Major H. Winfield Funeral Home, Steelton, PA.
