Obituary For Tangee Beasley
Tangee Marie Beasley peacefully departed this life on October 26, 2023 at Spring Creek Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Harrisburg, PA. She was born in Harrisburg, PA to the late Hyle G. Beasley and the late Janet (Benedict) Beasley.
She spent her early years in Bressler, PA and graduated from the Central Dauphin East High School. She worked at the Hershey Company’s H. B. Reese Candy Company in Hershey, PA until her health declined.
Tangee was a Christian and attended church regularly until her illness prevented her from doing so. She was frequently visited at her home and in the hospital by members of Cornerstone Baptist Church for prayer and continuous teachings of Jesus Christ.
She loved bowling, crafts, traveling and thrifting. She supported her nieces in track and field meets, traveling to many places in the U.S. She also enjoyed traveling with her parents. She loved her family and enjoyed spending time with family and friends.
Tangee was a loving mother, sister, aunt and cousin. She will be profoundly missed. She was preceded in death by her son, Shamaar Sweet; her brothers, Michael Beasley and Hyle Douglas Beasley. She leaves to mourn her passing, her son, Awaan Gregory Sweet; her daughter, Anisha Sweet; her three brothers, Hyle G. Beasley, Lorin D. Beasley and Tyrone J. Beasley; her two sisters, Sharon L. Beasley Franklin and Joelene C. Beasley Erby; her three granddaughters, Alaina, Gianna and Drea and a host of nephews, nieces, cousins, other family members and friends.
Her life will be celebrated at 11:00 AM on Tuesday, November 7, 2023 at the Cornerstone Baptist Church, 1099 Highspire Road, Harrisburg with a visitation from 10:00 AM until 11:00 AM.

Tangee was my very first friend when I moved her from New Orleans I will never forget the fun and family times we spent together dressing alike and getting into all kinds of trouble you will be missed but never forgotten rest in peace my friend.
