Obituary For Vivian Hunt

VIVIAN ANN HUNT was born to the late Josephine Barkley and the late Robert Hunt in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania. Her stepfather the late Marshall Williams reared her in her early later years.

During her working career of 30 plus years, she was employed by TRW in the Quality Assurance Department. In her leisure time she enjoyed watching TV Game shows such as Jeopardy, Wheel of Fortune, Family Feud and others and talking with friends and family.

Having accepted the Lord as her personal Savior, Vivian “Ann” enjoyed being a member of a local church and studying her bible daily. She also loved doing work in the community.

Vivian Ann Hunt was called to rest on Friday, September 1, 2023 in Cameron, North Carolina, at the age of 88 years with her grandson, Anthony Brown and his wife Shanon Brown by her side.

In addition to her parents and stepfather, Vivian’s love and partner in life, Theodore Felton, her daughter, Lanett D. Brown and son, Steven A. Felton along with two sisters, Geraldine Snead and Annie Crabbe and a brother, George Basterville preceded her in death. She leaves to cherish her memory, three sons, Roy Scott Jr., Dennis A. Felton and Brian K. Felton; two sisters, Frances Harrison and Marguerite Miller; a brother, Andrew Brown; a granddaughter, Karis E. Felton; a grandson, Anthony L. Brown (wife Shanon Brown); two great grandchildren, Kamurell T. Brown and Tiara M. Brown; a great great grandson, Anthony T. Brown; a niece, Celeste Brown and a host of nieces, nephews and other relatives that she cherished deeply.

Vivian's life will be celebrated at 11:00 a.m. on Tuesday, September 12, 2023 in the Chapel of the Major H. Winfield Funeral Home, Steelton with viewing and visitation 10:00 a.m. until 11:00 a.m. and burial in William Howard Day Cemetery.
