William Douglas Daniels, 84, of Oberlin transitioned into eternal life on Sunday, September 29, 2019 in the peace and love of his home. He was born in Harrisbug, the son of the late Bertha Daniels, a graduate of the former William Penn High School, retired from the former Bethlehem Steel Corp. and also worked at Mike Lock, a former member of The Greater Zion Missionary Baptist Church where he served as Secretary of the Trustees' Board and in his leisure, he enjoyed fishing, riding a motorcycle and the casino. William leaves to celebrate his life, his wife, Vinona Daniels; his daughters, Valerie Pittman (Charles), Vicki K. Daniels and Nancee Lyvette Daniels; his brothers, Henry Taylor and Lennie Turner; his sisters, Rosemary Harrington and Bertha A. Smith; his two grandchildren; his one great-grand and host of other relatives and friends. His life will be celebrated on Monday, October 7 at 12 Noon in the Sanctuary of The Greater Zion Missionary Baptist Church, 212 N. Progress Ave., with viewing 11:00 a.m.until 12 Noon. and burial in Blue Ridge Memorial Gardens. Arrangements entrusted to the Ministry of Comfort of Major H. Winfield Funeral Home, Steelton
