Wydantha Carelock Bumbrey, 86, of N. 16th St., Harrisburg, transitioned into eternal life on Friday, December 27, 2019 in North Carolina.
She was born in High Point, NC, daughter of the late Claude and Willie Mae (Ingram) Carelock, retired from the former Mechanicsburg Naval Supply Depot, a former faithful member of Harris A. M. E. Zion Church for many years and a member of New Anointed Christian Fellowship Ministries.
Wydantha was the widow of Lawrence C. Bumbrey and in addition to him and her parents, was preceded in death by her son, Carl L. Carelock and she leaves to celebrate her life, her daughters, Vivian, Norma, Selene, Cindy and Lucia; her sons, Calvin and Harold; her sister, Lily Carter; her daughter-in-law, Kaye; and a host of grandchildren, great-grands, great-great grands, other relatives and friends.
Her life will be celebrated on Thursday, January 2nd, 2020 at 10:00 a.m. in the Sanctuary of Harris A. M. E. Zion Church at 915 North 17th St., with viewing 9:00 until 10:00 a.m. and burial in Indiantown Gap National Cemetery.
