Williams entered his eternal rest on Thursday, November, 9, 2023, at 12:09 p.m. MEMORIAL SERVICE will be held Thursday, November 16, 2023, at 12:00 noon at The Bethel Church, 215 Bethel Baptist Street, Jacksonville, Florida 32202. Family will receive friends also at The Bethel Church on Wednesday, November 15, 2023, from 5:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. with entry on W. 1st Street side of the church.

To Mrs.Battle, I pray for your continued strength. I applaud you in your bedside care of your father during the last weeks of his life. Listening to you of great strength he exerted in his transitional weeks, it is evident that you inherited such strength to remain at his bedside that added comfort to him.
