Robert C. Harper, III of Jonesboro, Arkansas, was born June 6, 2002, in Blytheville, Arkansas, to Robert C. Harper, Jr. and Latoya Jackson. He graduated from Jonesboro High School in 2020 and worked as a painter for ABB Inc. in Jonesboro, Arkansas. Robert enjoyed playing basketball, gaming, and, most of all, making memories with his family.
Robert passed away on Saturday, May 16, 2026, at Great River Medical Center in Blytheville at the age of 23. He is preceded in death by his maternal grandmother, Monnie Daniels and an uncle, Roosevelt Jackson, III.
Robert will forever be loved and remembered by his parents, Robert C. Harper, Jr of Gurdon, Arkansas and Latoya Jackson (Friday Johnson) of Jonesboro, Arkansas; his siblings, Markisha Davis of Clarksville, Arkansas; Nyjaida Harper of Marianna, Arkansas; Brionna Harper of Jonesboro, Arkansas; Salina Harper, Joshua Bell, Javari Harper, Jacob Harper, and Joshia Harper, grandparents, Robert Harper, Sr. of Gurdon, Arkansas, Roosevelt Jackson, Jr. and Gladys (Levi) James of Blytheville, Arkansas; many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews cousins and friends.
Visitation will be held Saturday, May 30, 2026, from 1:00 pm until services begin at 2:00 pm at Pilgrim Rest Missionary Baptist Church, 809 East Main Street, Blytheville, Arkansas where Reverend Ricky Everett is the pastor.
Celebration of Life Services are scheduled for Saturday, May 30, 2026, at 2:00 pm at Pilgrim Rest Missionary Baptist Church, Pastor Carl Gunby of All Things Are Possible Missionary Baptist Church in Chicago Height, Illinois will deliver the eulogy with interment to follow in Memory Gardens Cemetery.
