Sandra J. Wells was born November 15, 1954, in Cleveland, Ohio to Jeffrey Davis and Pearl Johnson. She was a graduate from Richard B. Harrison who retired from The Tenaris Company. Fondly referred to as βSanβ, she was admired for her inner and outer beauty, quick wit, radiant smile and her sense of style.
She deeply loved her children, grandchildren, family members and friends, always offering a listening ear and heartfelt advice. Sandraβs generosity and compassion touched everyone she met, leaving a lasting legacy of love and kindness.
San passed away on Monday, August 25, 2025, at Great River Medical Center at age 70. She was preceded in death by her parents, her sister Valeria Davis, and the father of her children Jimmy Wells.
Those left to cherish her memories are two sons, Africa (Farrah) Wells of Jonesboro, Arkansas; Carlos (Amber) Wells of Blytheville, Arkansas; two daughters, Ebony (William) Brown of Blytheville, Arkansas; and Robbie (Cedric) Junearick of Madison, Alabama; one sister, Brenda Johnson of Blytheville, Arkansas, 22 grandchildren, 15 great grandchildren, and many beloved nieces, nephews, cousin, and friends.
A Gathering of family and friends will be held on Thursday evening, September 4, 2025, from 5:00 pm to 7:30 pm at Word of Truth Global Ministries, located at 415 Tennessee Street, Blytheville, Arkansas where Bishop Sunny Osagie serves as pastor. This gathering will honor and commemorate a life that was cherished and well-lived.
Interment is scheduled for Friday morning, September 5, 2025 at 10:00 am in Gethsemane Gardens Cemetery.
