Taca Latrice Tipton Gibson, age 48, of Osceola, Arkansas, passed away on Friday, August 15, 2025, at the University of Arkansas Medical Center in Little Rock, Arkansas. Born on November 28, 1976, in Blytheville, Arkansas, she was the beloved daughter of George Tipton and Jessie Ford Burks.
Taca was known for her fun-loving spirit and her ability to bring joy to those around her. She cherished spending time with her family and friends, whether playing cards, dominos, listening to music, or simply enjoying each other's company. Taca was a devoted and nurturing mother to her two beautiful children, whom she adored deeply.
She was preceded in death by her parents and her brother, John Bolan.
Taca leaves to cherish her memory her loving husband, Mario Gibson, Sr.; her son, Mario Gibson, Jr.; her daughter, Mari-Ye Gibson, all of the home; her sister, Jewel (Abram) Hanson of Blytheville, Arkansas; as well as a host of nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.
Taca will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her. Her memory will live on in the hearts of her family and friends.
A Celebration of Life will take place at 2:00 pm on Saturday, August 23, 2025, at McDonald-Horne Funeral Home, 1207 South Division Street, Blytheville, Arkansas.
