Obituary For Derrick Dwayne Gray
GRAY, Mr. Derrick D., a resident of Denver, North Carolina, passed January 24, 2025, at Atrium Health Center in Charlotte, North Carolina. Funeral services will be held on Saturday, February 1, 2025, at 2:00 P.M. at Wall Street A.M.E. Zion Church, Tallassee, AL, Rev. Larry Robinson Jr., Pastor. Internment will follow in the Rose Hill Cemetery, Tallassee, AL, McKenzie's Funeral Home Staff, directing. Visitation will be held on Friday, January 31, 2025, from 2:00 P.M. to 6:00 P.M. at the funeral home.
Mr. Gray will lie in state one hour prior to the service.

Lil Bro, I do understand you were tired but it does not erase the fact that I'm going to miss you so much. Those regular phone calls whether you was feeling up to it or not but, before the conversations was over (after we fuss) you were talking and feeling like a million bucks. The love we shared as siblings one would think we had the same parents, but blood could not have made us any closer. Take your rest and oh do me a favor, give Momma a big hug from Ronnetra and me.
