Obituary For John W. Johnson, Jr.
JOHNSON, JR., Mr. John W., a resident of Shorter, AL, passed October 3, 2026, at his residence. Funeral services will be held on Saturday, October 10, 2026, at 11:00 A.M. at Town Creek Missionary Baptist Church, Union Springs, AL, Rev. Joshua Anthony, officiating. Interment will follow in the church cemetery, Union Springs, AL, McKenzie's Funeral Home Staff, directing. Visitation will be held on Friday, October 9, 2026, from 2:00 P.M. to 6:00 P.M. at the funeral home.
Mr. Johnson will lie in state one hour prior to the service.
