PARKER, Mrs. Myrtle S., a resident of Notasulga, AL passed December 22, 2025 at the Tallassee Health and Rehabilitation Facility in Tallassee, AL. Funeral services will be held on Friday, January 16, 2026, at 11:00 A.M. at Shiloh Missionary Baptist Church, Notasulga, AL, Rev. John Pink, officiating. Interment will follow in the church cemetery, Notasulga, AL, McKenzie's Funeral Home Staff, directing.
Mrs. Parker will lie in state one hour prior to the service.

Peace and comfort to all Myrtle's loved ones. She was kind and a hard worker including a willingness to help those she knew of in need.
Myrtle Parker Sweeney and my dad were favorite first cousins and like sister and brother to each other. I cannot remember a single day that they did not talk and laugh together. She was special.
